Less is More!

Many of you that read this know I have hyperthyroidism and had a treatment done to basically kill off my thyroid. That was in in August. Well my metabolism has definitely started to slow down. Which is good, but I was on a weight loss high. Now back to reality. Last Sunday I started getting back on track. I cut out ALL soda, got back on track with WW and started working out everyday. I also cut out a lot of TV time. I don't think it's even been turned on until 8:00 most nights. All the other time is the music channels. The first 2 days I was having caffine withdrawals and I was pretty grumpy....but now I have so much energy I don't know what to do with myself...I seriously have a hard time sitting down. My husband thinks I am "nesting" and jokingly asks if I am I am not. My house is spotless, all laundry is done, pantry and fridge/freezer cleaned out, meals are planned for the week, I AM BLOGGING, etc. I feel like I am pacing my house looking for things to do. Someone makes a mess I am right behind them cleaning up. I know what you are thinking..."Hey you can come to my house!!"....that's not happening. :-) The scale has been kind and not so kind during the week, even though I have been VERY good, but I feel great and that's what matters. At least that's what I keep telling myself! I have read that people who have my condition have a harder time losing weight than regular people or people that have hypothyroidism, so I am trying not to get discouraged. I'll keep you posted on my progress!

That is awesome girl!!! I can't wait to have my energy back (boo on being sick!) - the working out and eating well really is an awesome way to live!!! Love love love exercise highs. ;)

You look really great, so I'm anxious to see what kind of good results you get in the coming weeks :)
